Qualifications

  • At least Grade 10 Completer/ALS Graduate with GWA of 80% or Higher
  • A resident of Kananga/ Ormoc or EDC endorsed coming from the host communities and other project sites
  • Physically fit and of good moral character
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18-35 years old
  • Special Requirements per Qualification Area:
    • Tourism Applicants:
      • Should have a final grade in English at least 80% or higher
      • Possess good communication skills
    • Metals and Engineering and Construction Applicants:
      • Should have a final grade in Mathematics at least 80% or higher

Admission Process

STEP 1

Submission of pre-admission requirements

Applicants will submit the following requirements:

1. Filled out Application Form
2. Letter of Intent or Application Letter
3. 2 Pieces Passport Size pictures (white background; collared shirt)

STEP 2

Entrance examination

Qualified applicants will be invited to take the entrance examination. Included test are the following:

• Numerical Computation
• Numerical Reasoning
• Verbal Aptitude
• Spatial Aptitude
• Form Perception

STEP 3

Interview
Applicants who pass the entrance examination will undergo a panel interview with Keitech Department Heads and Trainer and will submit the second batch of requirements:

1. Photocopy of Junior High School/Grade 10 Report Card
2. Certificate of Residency/Barangay Clearance indicating that applicant is non-dependent to or non-user of illegal drugs and alcohol

STEP 4

Submission of final requirements

After passing the panel interview applicants will submit the final requirements:

1. Original copy of Junior High School/Grade 10 Report Card
2. Socioeconomic Indicators/Documents

  • Electric bills from the last 3 months (if any)
  • Indigency Certificate from the barangay

3. Good Moral Character Certificate from last school attended
4. Original copy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
5. Police Clearance

STEP 5

Medical examinations

Applicants who complied all the requirements will be scheduled for a medical examination and evaluation to the foundation’s partner hospital.

TRAINEE

Applicants who pass the medical examination and evaluation will be considered as an official trainee.

Recruitment period: October 3-28, 2022
Start of entrance examination: October 17, 2022
Interview Screening : November 7-18, 2022

• Trainees are live-in (from Monday morning to Friday after lunch) to maximize learning opportunities.
