KEFI aims to provide a holistic approach in wellness and health through healthy eating and clean living. Thus, providing not just the staff but the trainees as well with a balanced diet in conjunction with a list of weekly activities to ensure an active lifestyle while working and training.

  • Monthly Height and Weight monitoring of Trainees
  • Weekly Weight and BP monitoring of Staff
  • Consultation with a Nutritionist

 

We envision an environment of physically, psychologically, and emotionally healthy workplace.

The following activities are initiative:
• Facilitation of wellness communication through peer counselling and the availability of stay-in guidance staffs
• Integration of Basic Military Drills & practices, sports and Zumba that encourage physical activities to harness physical dynamism
• Ensures that there is compliance with laws and regulations that may affect wellness activities
• Promotion of healthy eating by providing nutritious food
• Comprehensive guidelines for prevention and control of communicable diseases in the campus
